The Edition No. 18

OpenAI said on Wednesday it is expanding advertising on ChatGPT to 26 more countries, bringing the total to 89, as it builds out its ad business ahead of a potential initial public offering, Reuters reported. The ads will appear only on ChatGPT’s Free and Go plans, while Plus, Pro and Enterprise subscriptions remain ad-free. Separately, Wall Street opened higher on Wednesday after quarterly results from SpaceX and Super Micro Computer lifted appetite for AI stocks, a day after SpaceX said its AI revenue rose more than ninefold to $7.6 billion, mostly from renting out computing capacity to other AI developers.
